A (sandy) Jeep trail that turns into single track. Be patient the for the single track, it's a few miles in. There are gradual climbs, but nothing to intense. There is a cool descent that has a small tech factor (5 out of 10). Beginners may have struggle & may wish to walk their bikes down the descent. For everyone else...open it up. I found it to be a nice cardio work out & a bit of a play ground. Nothing to serious.

From Moab go North on Hwy 191, 14 miles. There is a brown Historical Marker sign, about 2/10s of a mile passed that on the right hand side.
