From HWY 321 in Hickory, turn on the road between the Arby's and camper dealership. Go to the top of the hill and take a right at the stop sign. Travel about 1 mile and turn left at Hickory City Park. The park is marked with a dark green sign. Park your vehicle and start pedaling down the paved greenway. The mountain bike trailhead is just off the left of the greenway, after you cross the VFW driveway.
