Mountain Biking Newport News Park

**   Add a review
#151 of 300 mountain bike trails in Virginia
#5,764 in the world

A beginner trail on flat, easy forest roads, about 6 miles. There are several branching trails that were closed (I rode Dec. 27, 2003) . This is suppose to be a scenic trail but since the hurricane there are hundreds of trees down. To get a work out on this trail I rode it twice and tried to keep a 12-15 mph speed. I would only ride again to see the historical sites that were closed due to down trees.
