"Twelve miles northwest of Live Oak just across the Suwannee River on Hamilton County Road 751 (Suwannee County Road 249), look for signs and entrance road to Holton Creek Wildlife Management Area, 0.2 mile north of the Agricultural Inspection Station. Follow the signs to Holton Creek, and park at the trailhead kiosk.
