The NE terminus of the trail starts 1.6 miles south of Tyax Adventure's Bear Paw Lodge on upper end of Mid Tyaughton Creek Trail. The SW terminus is located at the four way junction with Warner Pass, Upper Gun Creek and Mid Gun Creek trails.
