Lone Bicycles now has a MixED-Wheel Version of their Versatile Parabellum All-Mountain Frame

We caught a glimpse of the original Lone Parabellum alloy frame at Eurobike a few years ago. Thanks to its sliding dropouts and adjustable eccentric bottom bracket pivot, one frame can be built up with 27.5″, 27.5″+, or 29″ wheels, and since the BB is the main pivot it can even function as one of the world’s only single-speed full suspension bikes.

The frame can be set up with imperial shock lengths for 153mm of travel or metric for 165mm. The 27.5mm configuration is said to pair well with 160-170mm forks, while the larger diameter front tires work best with a 150-160mm fork.

For 2021 Lone Bicycles owner Romain Olmos decided to mix it up by adding a MixED wheel option in one size, between the existing large and XL frames. To save us all from seven paragraphs of numbers, here is the lengthy Parabellum geometry chart.
