I have been going to this ship for years now. I will admit that in the beginning things were a little shaky but now that Brian is established and took out some of the trash the shop is great. I have been to all the shops within 50 miles of my house and this shop which is right down the road has helped me whenever I needed it. I have gotten great service there as well as a few sweet bikes. Brian has went to classes through Specialized and can do their BG Fit to get you truly on a bike that fits you. I would encourage anyone to stop in and just have a chat with the guys, and gals that work there. After frequenting the shop over the past couple years I have recently started pulling some part-time work wrenching. That being said I think I still gave an honest review of the place. I will end by saying that a lot of good has happened there over the past couple of years.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
I have been to this shop five times. Of those five times they have asked if they could get my info and call me back three times. I only wanted rotor bolts the last time and after two trips they had no idea where they were in the store.
I spend more money going there trying to get what I needed than what it cost. You are a moron if you ask a customer standing in front of you if you can call them back.
The frist two times I went there I became suspect because they really didn't treat me like they valued my business. They failed to answer my questions and overall didn't impress with their service. I get the impression they don't know anything about running a bike shop and even less about bikes. I feel I gave them ample opportunity to earn my business. They failed.
