My three-year review: Stocked with some great bikes (Specialized, Pivot, Trek, Surly). Competent mechanics. I have made quite a few purchases through them but I have had below average customer service experiences overall. There is a small selection of tools. Low minimum shop fee! Will likely continue to use them for small parts, cable/hose, etc.
