I've bought multiple bikes here and the service has been great every time. They don't try to upsell you to a higher price point and in fact will try to get you riding several bikes to compare before pulling the trigger. The shop guys are hit or miss with their friendliness level - one of the guys we nicknamed "grumpy tech" but generally if you're talking with the sales guys, they are upbeat and happy to help. There are multiple group rides for all levels of riders that start at their shop. They will go above and beyond for you to get you what you crave. My most recent bike had to be acquired from another shop up in Michigan through Trek and there was no hassle at all.

These guys are great! They know their stuff, they're not pushy, and the service for the bikes I've bought is excellent. I always appreciate how friendly they are when I come in and they know me by name.

I stopped in here when I was building an mtb wheel by myself. I asked about spoke nipples and the service dept. gave me about 15 for free. Just goes to show there are still good service dept. out there.

This is THE place to go, you couldn't want more in a shop. Best Service Department ever. Awesome inventory that must be seen. These guys are a great resource for any cyclist.

Only been in once and was trying to spend $5500 dollars on a bike. Was told they would call me with the information on the size I wanted and never received it. Maybe it was a bad day.

Very nice guys. Helpful without being overbearing. Service dept. treats me well. Give free tune ups if you bought your bike there.
