Pretty good shop with a wide variean oldery of bikes and brands. Lots more options than shops that only carry one brand and option (you know which ones I'm talking about). Service at UBC is good, but make sure you get help from one of the actual mechanics or floor guys. Sometimes the owners (a older couple) tries to step in to offer advice and while good intentioned I'd rather have the seasoned mechanics thoughts. Overall a good LBS with eccentric people which is part of the bike shop experience.
