Denver Bicycle is a good little shop located in the back of a True Value store. Has all the basics you need and mechanics seem competent enough. I've never had a problem with service and on a couple of times they have completed the work while I waited. Not a huge selection of bikes or gear, but good enough for a neighborhood bike store.
Its in a hardware store...on East Colfax...but they have some big brands like Scott and Fuji, but I would go somewhere else. The staff changes constantly and they even have a guy working there again that they fired. I tried to special order some shoes, but they couldnt get them in. If its in stock, youre okay, but to special order something, go to a good shop that has it i stock. Surprised they have stayed there this long. On the plus side, the mech's are okay. Good in a pinch but probably better off going elsewhere for consistent good service. Generally a bit on the expensive side for basic things like tubes and stuff.
