You couldn't ask for friendlier people at this bike shop, and for that matter any of the David's World shops.
I had been to this store to get my old bike tuned up and had a great experience. When it came time to upgrade going here was a no-brainer. I bought two mountain bikes, one for me and one for my GF, and the three salespeople I dealt with were all very knowledgable and helpful. I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to spend more money and even suggested cheaper options a few times. I also bought a new bike rack as my old one had a few issues and they installed the new one for me. And of course they installed my accessories for me, even pedals that I had bought elsewhere.
Very cool people, great selection (if you are a fan of Trek anyway), and overall a great experience.
