These folks are awesome. I've ride bikes for almost 50 years now and lived in 8 states. this is the best bike shop, by far I've used. And they have great pricing.
In the area for several weeks visiting family. Brought along road bikes from my home in Utah. These guys post wonderful road routes (accessible from their web site) that are essential for anyone not familiar with the area. I had a mechanical problem that they readily solved and in the process spotted something I had not noticed that could have resulted in a significant issue. I'm in the area only once yearly and even though I stay about 20 miles from here, Northstar is my Georgia bike shop. Good shop! Good people! Based on local reviews its clear locals already know this. If you're not from the area and plan to ride here you can't do better than choosing Northstar as your cycling advice and service base. Thanks John!!!
Wonderful group of guys that are very passionate about the sport of biking, and it shows as they are very knowledgeable about the products and gear they sell, as well as the ones they do not carry in their store. They are a very good group of gentlemen that are fun to be around, and will even be excited to talk to you about any questions you may have, even those not related to the biking industry. They are very supportive and offer group rides throughout the week.

Awesome staff that are super supportive of the local riding scene by sponsoring riders, events, and more. The mechanics are super knowledgeable and turn around bike repairs efficiently. I highly recommend this shop!
Great shop, they now have a shop on Dahlonega just off of the square, the only shop in Dahlonega now:( luckily these guys are great, great prices very knowledgable and fun loving
