Nice community store, the mechanics and workers are super helpful. The guy I think is the owner is a bit rough around the edges. This is not the place you go to buy a MTB, the store caters to roadies and sponsors numerous local rides. I needed tires and they dug them out of the basement, so they have few MTB supplies on sale. They have a coffee shop too!
A decent shop with low to mid quality of bikes. Mostly trek's lower end brands and road bikes. The mechanics are probably the best thing gong for this shop, but the rest are a little on the non-social side unless you are a local. They don't have any high-end products, and seem like they are more into the road scene and stay away from MTBr's
If you want a bigger shop with better quality products and a larger selection, the Cycle City Inc. in KC is a much better. They have all the brands, Sante Fe, Cannondale, Trek, Kona, etc.....and lots of them.
I would greatly recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Great service and friendly atmosphere, they have always helped me with expert advice, excellent service, and very timely turnaround.
Great shop! The sell Specialized and Trek brands. Awesome coffee, espresso, cappucino. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Service team works on any bike from any manufacturer. They find ways to save you money. Shop sponsors road rides three to four evenings a week. The owner, Brendan, is very sociable and a hub for bicyclist social life in Leavenworth. No elitist attitudes in this shop. They can order in any accessories or parts you need and save you shipping. They also have a full selection of bicycling accessories.
