Mountain Biking Rye Street Park
#104 of 112 mountain bike trails in Connecticut
Trails are tight and twisting for the most part, with some short steep ups and downs, and some surprising spots of soft sand. The trails are marked by color blazes, and while you may not always know where you are going, it is impossible to get lost. There are a number of logs across the trails to get over, some are notched, some nice bridge work throughout, and some nicely built skinnys on downed trees. Overall the trails look to be well maintained and loved. It's a short little system, but you can string together some fun loops for an after work or short ride.

The trailhead is on the right side of the main entrance road, across from the parking lot - marked by signage, a bench and bike racks. This will have you entering on Dave's Back. You can also access the trail system nearby via the Connector trail or 3 Legged Race.
