As riders, we tend to form relationships with our mountain bikes. Some give their bikes names, while others park bikes in the living room just like a member of the family. Occasionally we get frustrated or even angry with them. While plenty of riders view their bike simply as a machine, just as many likely consider the bike to be a best friend.
