California-based Stinner Framworks is known for high-quality custom steel and titanium bike frames, and now, the company is making its Tunnel hardtail mountain bike available in four stock sizes.

The Stinner Tunnel Select trail bike features a steel frame, shown above, and can be purchased as a complete build with a SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission mechanical drivetrain, 140mm RockShox Pike Select fork, and DT Swiss M1900 Spline 29 for $4,495. Or, you can buy the frame by itself for $1,495. Frames are powder-coated and available in purple (shown) or a gray colorway.

Singletracks is set to test a Stinner Tunnel Select this spring, so look for a review later this year.

A sleek titanium Stinner Tunnel hardtail mountain bike is positioned against a blurred natural background of hills and greenery, showcasing its sturdy build and off-road tires. The bike features a modern design with prominent branding and appears ready for an outdoor adventure.

A second Tunnel model, the Tunnel Podium, features a titanium frame, and Stinner is making two different builds available. Buyers can choose a GX Eagle Transmission build with a Pike Select fork for $6,095, or an X0 Eagle Transmission build with a Pike Ultimate fork for $7,095. Like the Tunnel Select, the Tunnel Podium is also available for purchase as a frame only.

The Tunnel is named after this trail in Santa Barbara that’s known for being “rutted, raw, and relentlessly steep, […] a trail that demands skill, commitment, and a bike built to deliver.” Both USA-made Stinner Tunnel models boast clearance for 2.5″ 29er tires and are naturally UDH-compatible.
