#61 out of 418 Full suspension bikes
Brand: Cannondale
This is a great bike. It climbs and descends with confidence. The Avid Elixir 3 Hydrolic brakes are nice. The brakes like to lock up but with proper finger control they can be properly controlled. Forks are Rockshox Recon Gold TL. The forks work well and set up is easy. Rear shock is a Rockshox Monarch RL. The shock works great. I do have a small warning though. I weight around 210 pounds and I feel like I am pushing the weight limit for this shock if you want a stiff setup like I do. The bike doesn't have much peddle bob and none with the shocks locked out. The weight of the bike isn't bad though its not the lightest bike in its category. I will try to get a exact weight on this bike later. The bike is rear heavy and causes the bike to push a little in some corners. I think after I get the bike and my riding style for the bike dialed in a little more that problem will go away. The bike retails for $2220 I got mine for around $1700 from REI. Over all I would definitely recommend this bike.
