The GT has laid the foundation for the Zaskar Niner Pro with a lightweight hydroformed Speed Metal� aluminum frame, with a triple triangle design and a superior cross country riding geometry. The Zaskar is outfitted with a Fox Float 29 fork with a FIT cartridge and RLC controls.
GT wanted to provide a versatile setup with incomparable performance and value to captivate recreational riders and racers alike. With that said, the Zaskar comes with Shimano XT shifters and front and rear derailleurs for unparalleled ergonomics and precise, fast, and smooth shifting. The XT crank features a 38/26T setup for a wide range of gear options specifically for 29er riding.
When your horse gallops as fast as the Zaskar 9R Pro, optimum stopping power is mandatory, which is why GT puts its faith in the the Formula R1X disc brakes and brake levers. The Formula RX brakes are sure to bring the Zaskar to a complete halt once you're finished with your ride. Other goodies can be found throughout including a WTB Silverado saddle, Maxxis Aspen tires, and Crank Brothers seat post and handlebars.
