Purchased a new bike here, had a great experience. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a small maintenance issue with my bike after one ride and they fixed it free of charge, no questions asked. All bikes purchased here are covered by free lifetime maintenance checks (minus any wear and tear parts, which is understandable). I will definitely choose them again for any future maintenance or bike purchases.
