The retail side of the business has staff that is not customer oriented, they appear lazy and only want the sale, and have no idea how to build a relationship that would amount to future sales. The repair shop has become a "MESS" with the repairs being mediocre. They have de-evolved into a surly group with few customer service skills, and we have personally witnessed them speaking rudely on the phone with clients.
The owner has a terrible attitude, is mostly unavailable, ANGRY at the world, and customer UN-friendly. He is a tall thin guy with long hair that seems to hate the bikers that he has to deal with. It appears that the OWNER has finally distilled his style of conducting business to one that amounts to discounting a bike and if that works great and if not than the customer should just "TAKE A HIKE ".
This shop is right down the street from Oleta, and it has a great repair shop. They did a really good tune up on my bike and cleaned it up after having all kinds of mud and grease built up in the chain and cogs. They even fixed my computer that had gotten messed up during the ride that day. Their rates are pretty good, especially considering the good work they did fixing up the bike.
Great bike shop! The costumer service is amazing and they have all brands of bikes. They have an extensive selection of bike apparel and clothes. They've got the best prices in the area.
