Nice people that are lots of help. I think there are slowly declining though, which is sad. Just lost there giant licence and one of their best workers. Still a great shop though!
Bent's Cycling shop was professional and knowledgable and had answers to all my questions. I never felt they were trying to sell me something I didnt need. The customer service after the sale has been wonderful, I have been to many bike shops and Bent's is by far my favorite.
i've hread good things about this shop but honestly i've never had a good experince in their shop the people didn,t want to talk with me about my questions and i felt like they where trying to get me to buy the most expensive peace in the shop. not happy with this shop at all
