I have yet to buy. But I called today and was on the phone for a half hour asking question about a bike. The salesman Zack was extremely courteous and helpful. Very knowledgable on dual suspension mountain bikes. He had a chance to keep me on the bike choice I made and the shop would have made 2,000$ more than the bike he chose to tell me about. The trail types and area riding would be better suited for a different bike and he suggested that bike which I will be ordering soon.
mostly has only road bikes.
