The sales staff really knows their stuff with all different types of bikes. The service staff is friendly, knowledgable and very helpful when guidance is needed. The store itself has amazing customer support and I will be buying all my future bikes here.
Got a smoking deal on a demo rumblefish elite at their end of season clearance. With the big sale going on service could have been slightly better though. Felt like I was being rushed.
