This bike shop only carries one brand Specialized. If you want to break away from the pack this is not the store for you. If you have a decent mountain bike and want service on it the store is not for you also. I took my Jamis XLT there for a quick tune up and they made it worse. I had to take it to another shop and get the cassette replaced, front shock, dereailer, chain, and back break replaced. All because of them. If you need clothes and accessories this place is all right. Thistles for all the bog wheels in south Florida.
This shop has pretty good customer service, and for the most part they remember your name if you go in a couple of times. I bought my hybrid and my road bike from here and they were extremely helpful in showing me what I should be looking for in a bike for what I wanted to do with it. They have good prices on the bikes and make sure you get what you want and are properly fitted for everything.
