This is a great shop. I highly recommend it. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a FS bike used of Craigslist and went in and talked with Jose about buying a shock pump. He told me to just bring the bike in and he would take care of it no-charge. I brought it in and he probably spent 15 minutes helping me set-up my new bike even though I didn't buy it there and it wasn't even a brand they carried.

I took my brand new k2 there and had them adjust brakes and shifting/ tek took great care of me and my bike/ serv was speedy and cust serv was excelent/ all very knowledgable employees.
