As I have just purchased a new cyclocross bike, on line, "which is the first bike I purchased in over 30 years". Upon taking it in to the nearest bike shop "Bolt Bros." for intial set up, I was greeted by a very polite and helpful young lady and staff who assisted me with getting aquainted with the changes in biking over the past quarter century. I liked thier approach to me as a valued customer. Great job.
