Caitlin A. helped me get a new tire for my bike. They didn’t have the same size but she was willing to look at my bike and give her expert (and correct!) opinion that a wider tire would fit just fine, even gave me a backup plan in case I had issues when I installed it myself. Friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and very reasonable prices, in a place where I think they could up charge just due to location, They don’t.

Best bike shop I have ever been to.

Nice staff who helped replace the tube in my tire after a pinch flat. Also the store its self is cool.

Great people, good service. Good gear.
Rented bikes from them while vacationing in Moab.
I did feel that their rating of the local trail systems was over cautious. We could have ridden more difficult trails than recommended. But appreciate their concern for out of town riders.

Great crew and service was awesome. Their selection of rental bikes is great and they are well maintained. I also like their map selection and how willing they are to help in finding the perfect ride for the day.

Really nice people and bikes. Very friendly and helpful. Big rental fleet. Shuttles leave from their which is convenient. They also take lots of your info for search and rescue purposes which is also kinda nice. Strange though they said it would be $300 to replace the slx deraileur if I broke it on the rental bike.

    Great shop!
Had my Bronson serviced, and received knowledgeable advice and service at a reasonable price.

    Good gear and merchandise.

Excellent local trail knowledge, including maps. The Coyote Shuttle also departs from here - check for daily destinations and times.

    Worth a stop in...

Visited 4/1/2013 - Awesome bike shop with a great crew! We rented bikes and they hooked us up all the shuttle information as well.
We rented the 650B (sick) and rode the porcupine rim trail.
Would definitely recommend them and go back to them next time!

Super friendly people who love cycling and will spend time chatting with you about different trails. These people are excited to be at work and apparently love their jobs! Reasonably price, great merchandise, though I don't care for 1-2 of their bike brands but who cares these guys rock!

Maybe the most overlooked shop in Moab. I would also say the employees don't act like you are unworthy of the expertise as other local shops do. They really make you feel like you are the reason they are there. Their prices are very competitive also.
