SLOW SHIPPING, RUNAROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!

Ordered an ENVE stem on a Sunday, here it is Friday and the USPS still hasn't received the package. How does it take so long to mail an 8oz item? I email and call them to no solution. Nobody ever answers their phones or returns a message. Staff tell me via email that it is USPS that is to blame - yet the USPS says they haven't been given the package yet. Tracking shows that it has never scanned in at origin post. I have lost all faith in Colorado Cyclist. Do yourself a favor - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Long story short I placed an order, staff member told me the lariat sl would work on the Votex rack on my VW and shipping for two trays and locks would be $9. Wrong, it didn't fit. So I did some research and found out there is an adapter to change the Lariat SL into a Eurolariat SL. I called Colorado Cyclist and told them they recommended me the wrong rack, but I found this adapter...could they help me. After I got the stoner customer service kid to get me a manager he told me he is looking at the RockyMounts website and this adapter doesn't even exist. I said forget about it, what about the shipping discrepancy as I was charged $24.99 instead of $9 (no small difference, right?). He said there wasn’t anything he could do about it. I’ve had less hassle on ebay than this junkshow of a shop. What a joke.

I wish I had better things to say about this shop, but I don't. I bought an XT level wheel there and was treated second class. I went back again looking for some Speedplay platform pedals and they once again gave me the snob treatment. As I looked around the shop they were complaining about a customer that broke a rear derailleur in the parking lot on a test ride (glad he didn't buy it and take it to the trail!) Prices seem to be generally high as well. Overall, I just wasn't treated friendly in this shop.
