Great staff i kicked up a rock with my rear tire and hit my derailer and they readjusted my derailer for FREE and they have done it for me more than once without charging me great people and have always helped me when i needed it
Great staff. Lent me a loaner shock when they had to send mine in. Another time, Slider delivered my bike to me at my son's football practice because I couldn't wait at the shop.
These guys are great i went in there after a ride cause my back tire kicked a rock up and it hit my derailer which knocked it out of allignment i took it in there expecting to pay to have the derailer readjusted but they didnt charge me any thing
Great shop with very friendly staff. Had an unusual issue recently that another shop in Charlotte failed to fix. Matt, the mechanic at Cool Breeze, called me after I dropped off to actually listen to what was happening on the bike. From that he was able to fix it at a minimal charge.
I am new to the area and they have also been a great resource for info on trails in the area.
For some reason the address is not working. However when traveling north on I-77, get off on exit 33. In the shopping center on the East side of the Highway. Wonderful HUGE showroom and great service staff.
