Wonderful, attentive service. Bought 2 MTBs there 3 years ago and have them tuned up every year -- they only do what's needed, so prices are very reasonable.
i bought my first MTB here in 2001. A Specialized Rockhopper. Moved away in 2004, and over the years picked up a newer MTB, but kept that old Rockhopper. Moved back to the area in 2015, and brought that old Rockhopper in for a basic check. The techs noticed a crack in the frame. Took the time to find my receipt from 2001, and got me a brand new 29 Rockhopper...for free. This is the best bike shop I have ever been to for a lot more reasons than that.
This is a great place to get help on anything from building a bike to getting them worked on. The staff is always friendly and very fast to help you. I have never had to wait very long for help or to get checked out.
Awesome customer service. Good variety of gear and bikes. If you are looking for some new treads they have a huge selection of great tires. The service department is very experiened and will go through everything with you before they do it.
More than likely, the best bike shop in the Springs! We stopped in here last Saturday as my buddy was looking for a bike rack for his Jeep. The employee that helped us (sorry, didn't catch his name) was very knowledgable, enthusiastic, and stayed with us, answering every question asked, despite the shop being full of customers. Not to mention, it's always nice to stop in while riding the Pikes Peak Greenway.
This is a great bike shop! It offers a great selection of bikes and accessories. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and most of them are complete bike freaks. I would highly recommend this bike shop if you are visiting the Colorado Springs area and need bike maintenance or anything else.
This shop has great service, superb repairs, reasonable prices, incredibly friendly staff, and a great selection. Overall, this is the best bike store I have been in anywhere. What I love most about this shop is they have a great selection and the staff loves the sport enough to chat with you about anything and everything "bike" - regardless of your purchase intensions. I had a tune up once after a hard ride (Moab) and the guy explained every tiny bolt that had wiggled loose on my Intense Uzzi. I felt like he loved my bike as much as I do! ñ Worth going the extra few miles for if youíre on the other end of town.
I ALWAYS make it a point to stop at this bike shop when I'm in the Springs!!!! One of the top 5 bike stores I've been in, HUGE!, Have everything you need and the prices are Great!
This bike shop has a huge stock of bikes, and it may even be the best in town if you're looking to buy a new one. It also has a shop if you need repairs done and many of the tools to do a basic job at home if you want to do it yourself(lube, patch kits, tubes, etc...). There's also a stock of clothes and helmets if you want new gear. They have an awesome collection of videos for sale as well. Like many bike shops, it has food to buy for energy on a ride, and the people are friendly.
Had some service done on a pre historic bike. Quality work at a reasonable price, can't beat that.
