Great shop - this is definitely the high end option in a town with no shortage of bike shops. Despite that, I haven't found that I've had to deal with a crappy attitude of condescension as can sometimes be the case. When I was priced out of what they had in stock this past fall building up a road bike, then kindly offered to order me parts that met my budget. This shop seems to be generally geared towards roadies, tri, and TT guys/gals.
