I had a problem (July 2015) with too many links in my chain on my Trek, the "other" bike shop didn't really do a whole lot, still had an issue, so went to Derailed. In roughly 15 minutes he had my chain cinched up nicely and I felt a lot more confident taking my bike up to Moonraker.
The guys went above and beyond, very appreciated. Knew we were in town for a short time and needed a repair done. They love a good IPA Growler too
