We have purchased two Giant mountain bikes as well as service work and ride gear. These guys have always been polite and helpful. The only reason for not giving a 5 is their limited stock of some 26" bike parts. (Not everyone has gone 29er)
The shop is a good size shop and is located fairly close to the south loop 289. I was impressed with their inventory of bikes and gear, and from the helpfulness of the guys working there. I was looking for a particular pair of shorts, but they didn't have my size. The sales guy even went to check any stock that might not have been on he floor – VERY helpful guy! I will be heading back there whenever I'm in Lubbock.
