Odd that this place has a 1 star rating. I went in for the first time on Sunday to pick up My new trek remedy; (My only issue is that they are not allowed to ship treks) and wound up shooting shit with the sales guys for about half an hour. They even sent me off for a ride on one of their new E-bikes which was a total laugh. As for price... It was $600 cheaper than average.
Most expensive bike shop in town. Poor communication and customer service. Do not recommend. Go to Melville for used parts and go to Cycle Time for new parts. Will be half the price of these bozos. Of course in NZ most everyone is fooled by appearances and flash. Often maturity does mean wisdom and what you get here is a bunch of college kids trying to make a living- honesty will not be a practice at this shop.
Great shop, good selection, helpful staff - would reccomend.
