Great service. Very polite. When I was shopping for new Trek xcal 2016 model they didn't have it in my size so they sold me the new 2017 model for the same discounted price. Free tune ups for life on bikes purchased from them. They also have a trade in policy for getting credit on old bike to buy a new one.
