Does your shop offer mountain bike rentals? MTB, road, comfort and tandem rentals. Selection varies but recently they had a decent selection of Santa Cruz bikes. $50/day
I've been to a few other local shops in Portland and did not receive the even close to the customer service I received at Gorham Bike & Ski. I dealt with John on my first and subsequent visits to the shop. His knowledge of the Specialized line I was interested in led me to an educated decision and ultimate purchase of a FatBoy Trail. I asked a whole lot of questions and got all the answers plus more! It was an easy decision for me once I was able to compare the models in detail. John also helped me navigate my selection and purchase of studded tires and Deore brakes including the installation. Working together with a new product I believe John has the best fat bike tubeless set up available in Maine and beyond! I also want to acknowledge Darcy for her helping out way beyond the norm! My overall experience was top flight! Great shop, great attitude, worth your time to stop in!!
