Felt a bit ignored. Seemed too busy or uninterested to answer questions and help with proper fit/adjustment. Hard to bargain with in regard to trade in bike value (asked for 1/8th what I paid and they offered 1/4 of that...who's giving away bikes?) and wouldn't come down on price of a bike with mediocre components. I suggest Cumberland Transit. They've always been attentive and helpful.
