I had been researching fat bikes for over two years before I started looking to order the bikes that I had decided on for my wife and me. It took some time working with the manufacture to find KLM who was the only Bike shop in the within forty miles that would order the custom builds that we wanted. I sent an email to KLM and Skyler (Shout-out) replied back. We discussed many details of the bikes that we wanted over many days and Skyler made some suggestions that were spot on. Skyler went to great lengths working with the manufacture to order and ensure that all the specs on both bikes were correct. Skyler and Rivers both professionally fitted us for or bikes including the adjustments of our shoe cleats. Skyler has been very professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout and even after the delivery of our bikes even with my never ending lists of questions. I could not ask for better customer service!
If you're looking for a beginner mountain or road bike, they don't have any lower level options available. One of the sales people even made sure to point it out that the owner does it on purpose when a friend was looking for a Giant Revel 29er ( $550).
