After trying a competitor of theirs, who really is no competition at all, I was treated like I really wanted to buy a bike. It was great to deal with someone who put the effort in rather than the competitor who literally passed me a bike and a helmet and showed me the small little fenced off area where I was to try out the bike. Graham, on the other hand, set up specifically for me, each one of the three bikes I tried. It really wasn't hard to purchase the bike there. A lost sale for the competitor. I wonder how many more the competitor loses with that kind of PR.
