Took a trip to the Hayward, Wi. area for a weekend of MTB riding. Stopped in to the shop to get info on the local trails. Fantastic staff, very helpful. Answered our questions and gave tips to the trails we should ride. Had a hub lock up so went back on Sunday morning and a mechanic rebuilt it while we waited, saved the trip. Awesome customer service.
