Locally owned by John Crandall, a committed environmentalist who installed solar panels for his shop's electricity - excellent service - they go out of their way for their customers - expert fitting of bikes, helmets, shoes - good shop for every level of cyclist, and no snobbery.
This is a fairly small, fairly good bike shop with a fairly good inventory. It isn't huge, they do repairs, and there is good service. They have a nice selection of bikes, not huge though. It isn't the best place to buy a new bike or new equipment, but other than that, it's a nice place with nice people.
I like this shop, and I got my bike here. Decent selection, and helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
