Great bike shop. Small to moderate floor space and not so many bikes to sell, but it has all the basic parts and supplies you need. I didn't have any mechanical work done, but the mechanics were as friendly as could be and so were the other representatives. Alex is great. Fun to talk to, helpful, obviously hard working but very laid back. Service just seems to be part of his nature. Honestly, one representative was a bit of smart mouth and not very service oriented, but everyone else was so friendly that I won't hold that against the store. Note that the bike shop is not within the main store. Its entrance is around the north side of the building in the breezeway. They sell Specialized bikes. They have a decent supply of rental bikes, but no XL sizes. I wish they would have had more Enduros for rent, but they just had one for DH (180mm travel) and it was a medium. I'm sorry to say that even with a small inventory of bikes, they had a couple of motorbikes. Sad imo.
