Went there for some advice and ended up repairing my bike the staff seemed knowledgeable and they were very nice they took a interest into what type of trails I rode and they gave me advice and directions to some new spot. I will definitely be coming back
I've been coming to Pedaler's West for about 6 months now and have been very VERY pleased with the service.
I have worked with Hector and Victor primarily and they remember my name when I walk in.
I brought my very old (1996) Schwinn Moab 1.0 steel-frame hard-tail mtn bike in for servicing after a decade of disuse and they gave her an excellent tune up, replaced the chain, tubes, etc. I was a little embarrassed to bring the bike in because it is an old and cheap bike, but they didn't come across as elitist or condescending to me at all. They also helped me find a very hard-to-find replacement front shock for the bike and installed it, out the door for less than $120. That's less than the price of most front shocks alone.
Recently, I replaced my old deteriorating Grip Shifts with some new SRAMs, grips and cables, as well as a failed bottom bracket and was out the door THE SAME DAY for around $95 including installation!
The ONLY reason I'm giving the shop 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's not a very large shop and their selection of mtn and road bikes is limited. Service is 7 out of 5 stars!
