Big Box store atmosphere. Great when taking your money, service after the sale is hit/miss. They stock a pretty decent amount of clothing/accessories and decent prices. Join the club and reap the points if you buy a lot. The store on El Camino in Mountain View is the worst of the 3 locations I visited, Campbell is much better. Word to the wise, the "lifetime guarantee" is a bunch of crap. Don't believe a word of it. If you try to bring a bike back, they'll give every excuse, reason, whatever....but they wont give you your money back.
