The bike gear is a little limited, but Andrew and Mike in the service department are two of the most honest and quality individuals you will ever meet.
This is a very good bike shop for being within a store. They have a really good selection of bikes including Novara, Marin, K2 and Cannondale. I like the Novara bikes because they are a great value. Their components are usually a step up from a comparable bike from another manufacturer. REI is just a great store in general for anything you might need for your next adventure and I would highly recommend it.
