Nice shop that's pretty close to home for me. It's proximity to White Rock Lake make this one a favorite of roadies. They have some mountain bikes, but the shop is probably more geared to road. Since they are part of the RBM, I'd imagine they could get anything from the Big Store same day, or you could just go to the other store yourself if you wanted to look at say Santa Cruz bikes in person. Nice shop though and I'll never complain about having more shops close to my house.
The smallest of the Richardson Bike Marts, it is loacated close to White Rock Lake, in the same location that used to be a Schwinn shop a long time ago. Te proximatey to the lake is handy if you ride the bike path or any of the trails around around there.
Customer service here was great. We were in close to closing time, and they still went out of their way to answer every question and give advice (without the assurance of a sale). In the end, I did buy a new bike, and the service department did everything right when they went over the bike to make sure it was ready to go. They checked everything. (they even offered me a beer as it was about a half hour after they closed at that point! Super friendly!)
I will stop in here any time I'm in Dallas.
