The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I thought the first time might be someone having a bad day but the second time was worse. Stopped in for parts as they are the only specialized dealer in town. Service tech was the most self righteous prick I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in the bike industry. One word answers and refused to even look at my bike. I only needed a screw. As a local I'm embarrassed that people like this are the face of Moab to visiting riders. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other bike shops on town with friendly staff that appreciate your business.
No longer the Specialized dealer in town. Better choices for service and products are available elsewhere in town.
