Matt the owner,and jake his second in command are the very best that i have had the pleasure to associate with.the customer service is top notch,from simple repairs to all out up grades and rebuilds.the prices are below industry averages because they simply love bikes and the people that ride them.i carry cards with me to hand out to any one that i see that could use their service!all around the best bike shop i have ever used.
Broken derailleur hangers happen. They're designed to break before your derailleur or your frame break, thus saving you money in the long run. It's cheaper and easier to replace a $20 derailleur hanger than a couple-hundred-dollar derailleur or an even more expensive frame.
Great shop, Great service and really good prices as well. If they don't have it they can usually get it quickly.
