In the past 4-5 years I have purchased two bikes for myself and one bike for a lady friend (now my wife) from this store and a satilite store. The service has always been excellent. We are now awaiting a new bike for my wife. Again with this purchase the service has been excellent.
This is one of three shops owner by the same people. I have purchased two bikes from this shop and one from their store in Farmington. Great people and great service. Minor adjustments made while you wait and you don't wait long.
I bought my 2013 Trek Marlin from this shop and got great service. It was a slow day I guess, I had two differend sales people helping me get the best deal for my budget. They took the time to let me test ride and fit me to multiple bikes before I made my decision. They have also done quick tunes and adjustments on my bike for me since then very quickly. If I roll in and only need a derailer or brake adjustment or anything else changed that is a quick job they will drop everything and get me in and out in a hurry! Great people here, I would recomend them all day long!
